Meal Ideas for the Goose
*Note - All food, when possible, is Organic, All Natural,
No Sugar added, and NO High Fructose Corn Syrup*
(Basically, as pure and clean as I can make or buy)
- Whole wheat ham and cheese quesadilla, corn, yogurt, and applesauce
- Apple sandwich, mixed vegetables, and yogurt
- Slice of ham and string cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, watermelon, and celery with peanut butter
- Whole wheat waffle with cream cheese and strawberry jam, grapes, and corn
- Ham sandwich on whole wheat bread, plum, mixed vegetables
- Hard boiled egg, peas, fruit salad (kiwi, grapes, strawberries, banana)
- PB&J sandwich on whole wheat bread, raw almonds, and pineapple
