Meal Ideas for the Goose
        
     *Note - All food, when possible, is Organic, All Natural,   
       No Sugar added, and NO High Fructose Corn Syrup*
                                 (Basically, as pure and clean as I can make or buy)
  1. Whole wheat ham and cheese quesadilla, corn, yogurt, and applesauce
  2. Apple sandwich, mixed vegetables, and yogurt
  3. Slice of ham and string cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, watermelon, and celery with peanut butter
  4. Whole wheat waffle with cream cheese and strawberry jam, grapes, and corn 
  5. Ham sandwich on whole wheat bread, plum, mixed vegetables
  6. Hard boiled egg, peas, fruit salad (kiwi, grapes, strawberries, banana)
  7. PB&J sandwich on whole wheat bread, raw almonds, and pineapple
